What is a supervised node?: A server or a virtual machine whose metrics and logs shoofi collects.
What counts as a plugin?: A plugin monitors one technology you run, such as PostgreSQL or Kubernetes. Linux hosts, logs, traces and alerts are included in every plan and never count as plugins.
Is AI agent observability a plugin?: No. It is a module: it records what your agents do, not the technology they run on. It is included in Pro and optional on Starter.
What happens if I go over my included logs?: Each plan includes a monthly log volume. It is a soft limit: nothing is cut off, and we contact you before any overage is charged.
What is an undeclared agent?: An AI agent sending telemetry to shoofi without having been registered by your team. shoofi surfaces it so that someone takes responsibility for it.
Are my prompts stored?: Not on the hosted plans: prompts, replies and tool arguments are removed before anything is stored. Capturing content is possible only on an Enterprise deployment, in your own infrastructure.
Does an investigation always find the cause?: No. When the signals are not enough, it ends without an identified cause rather than inventing one, and it shows the evidence it read.
